Useful life of the bus shelter or twenty-five (25) years from the effective date, whichever is earlier, with two automatic additional 25-year terms unless cancelled

Initial term is the useful life of the bus shelter or 25 years from the effective date, whichever occurs first. The agreement automatically renews for two successive 25-year terms unless the City Manager receives written cancellation at least 90 days before the expiration of a term. The City may also terminate with 30 days’ written notice to BISD.
