The State of Louisiana, through Facility Planning and Control, is entering into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Bossier Parish to provide $2,400,000 in state capital outlay funds, matched by $800,000 local funds, for the US Hwy. 71 Four Lane Extension and Colleen Drive Improvements (FP&C Project No. 50-J08-26-01). The agreement covers planning and construction and remains in effect through project completion and the life of any associated bonds.
