Effective upon execution; remains in effect until project completion or while any Project Bonds remain outstanding

Agreement term continues until FP&C determines the project is complete or while any Project Bonds or refunding bonds remain outstanding. FP&C may terminate for cause if funds are not fully spent within two years of bond issuance or execution, or may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Funding Summary may be revised based on future capital outlay acts and bond commission actions.
