WisDOT to assume STH 60 signal ownership and maintenance

The City of Hartford Public Works Committee is considering Resolution No. 3753, which would authorize a Traffic Signal Operation and Maintenance Agreement transferring ownership, operation, and maintenance of the STH 60 and Kettle Moraine Drive traffic signal to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation at no cost to the City. The agreement would take effect when the state’s resurfacing project begins and a temporary signal is activated and approved by WisDOT.
