Alliance Water Resources continues to operate Clinton’s wastewater system under an O&M services agreement and will add comprehensive auto liability coverage for city-owned wastewater vehicles starting October 1, 2026. Associated insurance premiums will be rolled into the upcoming contract pricing structure.
