RTA Cancels Executive Coaching Contract With Selected Firm

During the August 14, 2025 Finance Committee meeting, consultant Debra Gould reported that her firm’s selection for an Executive Coaching and Consulting Services contract, initiated in 2024, was cancelled by the RTA after months of delay. The CEO confirmed the solicitation was withdrawn following the hiring of a new Chief of Human Resources who would conduct assessments internally.
