The Town is ending the wastewater portion of its professional services agreement with Utility Management and Construction (UMAC) LLC effective April 30, 2026. The $700 per month formerly paid to UMAC for wastewater operator services will be redirected as a salary increase for the Town’s in-house certified operator.
