The City of DeKalb is set to award a $5,074,999.99 construction contract, plus a 5% contingency for a total of $5,328,750.00, to Elliott & Wood for the Chicago West Business Center transmission water main project. The work will construct a 16-inch main extension to loop the Endeavour/Edged area and improve water quality and reliability along Illinois Route 23, Keslinger Road, and E. Gurler Road.
