Agreement term is continuous from August 21, 2025, and remains in effect unless terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, terminated immediately by UH Geauga Medical Center TC for Training Site nonperformance, or automatically upon termination of the Training Center Agreement between UH Geauga Medical Center TC and the American Heart Association. No fixed renewal date; agreement continues until terminated.
