Joint CFD facilities agreement with Southwood Limited

Westside Union School District, its Community Facilities District No. 2025-1, Antelope Valley Union High School District, and Southwood, Limited executed a Joint Community Facilities Agreement dated January 15, 2026 to finance school facilities serving Tract No. 66680 using Mello-Roos special taxes and bonds.
