Alameda CTC Extends Express Lanes Operations with BAIFA

The Commission plans to execute Amendment No. 2 to its cooperative agreement with the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority to continue operations and monitoring services for the I-580 and I-680 express lanes, including the future I-680 Southbound Gap segment, at monthly fixed fees of $27,463 in FY 2025-26 and $28,150 in FY 2026-27 through June 30, 2027.
