The City Council approved Cleveland Utilities' recommendation to upgrade street lights at Westside and Raben Drive NW to 40-watt LED cobra-style fixtures at $146.70 per fixture. The upgrade replaces older HPS and MV fixtures to improve energy efficiency and lighting quality.
