Brigham City approves a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Fremont Solar, LLC for 2,000 kW, at a flat rate of $35.45 per MWh for the PV facility, alongside battery capacity pricing of $13.50/kW-month. The Scheduled Commercial Operation Date of the Project is December 31, 2027, but not later than June 30, 2028.
