Structured Cabling & Phone Systems Contract Awarded

Approval to award ITN No. N217415DG for Structured Cabling & Phone Systems Installation & Support, to Aztek Communications of South Florida, Inc.; Comconnex LLC d/b/a Communication Connexxions; Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions, LLC; and Mock Engineering, Inc., as indicated on the attached tabulation sheet. This ITN will be effective for three years, beginning January 23, 2022 through January 22, 2025, with renewal options for three additional one-year periods, upon the written agreement of the vendors and the District, at the estimated expenditure of $1,800,000.00, for the first year of the base contract period of January 23, 2022 through January 22, 2023.
