The Village of Harrison Hot Springs is considering directing Northwest Hydraulic Consultants Ltd. to complete detailed design and permitting for the Waterfront Dike Upgrade Project in preparation for tendering construction outside peak tourism season. The hydrotechnical engineering firm would continue as prime consultant supporting flood mitigation works along the waterfront and wastewater treatment plant access areas.
