The City of Burlington approved a two-year renewal Field Practicum Agreement with National Medical Education & Training Center to host paramedic interns from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. NMETC will pay the City $1.50 per internship hour up to 300 hours and provide liability coverage while interns gain supervised field experience.
