Towship of Lower and The Delaware River to work jointly

Township of Lower and Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) have agreed to an allocation of the work that needs to be completed to proceed with the widening of Beach Drive, the construction of a pedestrian walkway, and the relocation of existing utilities, utility poles, and streetlights, and they have memorialized the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the parties in the form of a Memorandum of Agreement. Construction is expected to complete in 2028.
