HRC Engineering selected for pedestrian design project

The Engineering department staff has recently selected a consultant, HRC Engineering, to design the 13 pedestrian beacon crossings in the two projects that received FY 2025 HSIP funding. Design is set to begin in or before early March 2025, with construction expected in Spring/Summer 2026. A consultant (HRC) is also assisting staff with a minor refresh to the Bicycle Action Plan.
