Oxford plans to amend its $300,000.00 ARPA grant agreement with Talawanda Oxford Pantry and Social Services (TOPSS) to allow use of funds for design, engineering, construction, and interior build-out of a new facility, as well as refurbishing existing buildings that support its mission. The city aims for the funds to be expended by late 2026.
