Not to exceed $4,800 (District substitute expenses); University tuition & fee assistance up to $1,250 for one graduate course for up to 10 employees

Commences on Effective Date; may be extended annually up to a maximum total term of five (5) years from the Effective Date

The MOU term begins on the Effective Date and may be extended for an additional year upon mutual written agreement, provided the total term does not exceed five years from the Effective Date. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice or for material breach not cured within 10 days.
