Initial term runs from September 30, 2025 through December 19, 2025. The District may, in its sole discretion, extend the agreement for additional periods of up to one (1) year each, with a total maximum term not to exceed five (5) years. Any increase in the not-to-exceed amount after the initial term or extensions must be executed and approved pursuant to the agreement and requested by February 15, subject to CPI-based limits.
