The Board approved a $42,900 contract with Educational Student Tours to facilitate a nine-day Historically Black Colleges and Universities tour for West Valley College Umoja students and chaperones during Spring Break 2025. The tour will be funded by the Umoja Statewide Grant and will visit campuses in Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
