The Sugar Grove Fire Protection District approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Village of Sugar Grove waiving the village’s performance guarantee requirement for property improvements while retaining a storm water line of credit. The board also authorized the Fire Chief to manage the storm water line of credit with the village.
