The Edina Housing & Redevelopment Authority is amending its $3 million, zero-interest revolving line of credit with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity to extend the term from three to five years. The amendment allows Habitat to use remaining funds to acquire, rehabilitate, and sell additional homes for long-term affordable ownership in Edina beyond the original six-home target.
