The City of Raymore plans to enter into a Development Agreement with Cooper Land Development for the Eastbrooke at Creekmoor 5th Final Plat. The agreement assigns Cooper responsibility to construct and maintain subdivision public improvements, pay required City fees, and provide bonds and insurance, with a two-year maintenance period after City acceptance.
