White Bear Lake plans to renew its recycling processing agreement with Eureka Recycling for five years from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031 at a $106.32 per ton processing fee with annual CPI-linked increases. The non-profit will continue to process the City's single-sort recyclables under a 100% revenue-sharing arrangement.
