Proposed sewer repair agreement with Cuyahoga County

Cleveland City Council is considering an emergency ordinance to approve a Utilities Repair Agreement with the County of Cuyahoga for as-needed storm and sanitary sewer line repairs. The agreement would run for two years with a possible one-year renewal and provide for payment or reimbursement of the County’s directly related repair costs.
