Stearns & Wright Counties Plan 20-Year Fairhaven Mill MOU

Stearns County and Wright County are set to enter into a 20-year Memorandum of Understanding for the shared maintenance and operation of Fairhaven Mill County Park, splitting costs equally between the counties. The MOU replaces the old joint powers agreement to better align with current practices.
