Northumberland County is working with Orgcode Consulting Inc. to design and facilitate the Community Liaison Committee for the 310 Division Street shelter, including member selection, reporting, and facilitation of the first three meetings. Consultant Chris Gorman led the inaugural CLC session on December 17, 2024.
