The City of Baldwin and Trailwave Fiber, Inc have entered into a service agreement for a dark fiber connection. Trailwave will provide the customer with a dark fiber connection ("Service") between Customer's location at 155 Willingham Avenue and Baldwin Fire Department located at 165 Willingham Avenue for $75 per month (“MRC”). Customer will pay a 1-time installation/build cost of $3500.00 on first billing statement.
