The Committee approved the sustainment of the Zoning Board of Appeals' approval for a Special Use Permit that would facilitate the installation of a solar farm, encompassing free-standing solar panel racks and panels. The solar farm is slated for placement in an I-2, General Industrial Zoning District located at 7xx and 844 South Horace Avenue. Subject to conditions. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.
