EDA advances GMHC twin homes redevelopment project

St. Louis Park’s Economic Development Authority previously entered into a preliminary development agreement with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation in 2021 to redevelop four city-owned parcels on Minnetonka Boulevard into affordable twin homes. The project is moving toward purchase and redevelopment business terms and future contract approval in 2026.
