Pendleton plans to execute an ECAPP #26-077 agreement with the Oregon Department of Energy to obtain up to $35,000 in incentives for City Hall energy benchmarking, audit, and compliance activities. The program reimburses the City as it brings the Tier 1 building into alignment with Oregon’s Building Performance Standard by June 1, 2029.
