Artech Architects has been selected to complete a design for the pool house rebuild project with a budget of $200,000 to $275,000. The new design should make the restrooms ADA compliant, provide for functional plumbing and a sound structure, but it also should include expanded storage for pool furniture over the winter months, a lockable chemical closet and pump room for safety purposes and a small concessions area to provide for additional revenue for pool operations.
