$1,000.00 deposit; purchase price $1.00 plus construction costs

FACILITIES

Developer must submit building plans and apply for permit within 6 months of Effective Date in 2026, begin construction within 30 days of permit issuance, and complete residence within 24 months of Effective Date.

Agreement runs until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued; the $1,000 deposit is refunded once the home is completed. If the developer substantially defaults, the City may record a quit-claim deed to reclaim title. No renewals are contemplated.
