Standard OFSC Land Use MOUs Proposed for Snowmobile Trails

Staff recommended that Council authorize execution of standardized land use MOUs based on the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs template to permit prescribed snowmobile trail use on municipal lands and road allowances for the 2025/2026 season and beyond. The MOUs include defined mapping, maintenance obligations, and liability insurance provisions.
