Revised Juvenile Residential Treatment Interlocal With Travis County

El Paso County will rescind a prior interlocal and execute a revised agreement with the Travis County Juvenile Board for post-adjudication secure correctional residential treatment services from November 1, 2025 through August 31, 2027 at no cost to the County. Services are supported by TJJD DSA Residential Project 2026 grant funds with per diem backup funding identified.
