Osage Beach Identifies Arrowhead Development Group for Major Redevelopment

The City of Osage Beach has designated Arrowhead Development Group, LLC as the developer for the Arrowhead Centre TIF district to construct mixed-use redevelopment projects, including senior living, retail, office, and entertainment, as outlined in the TIF Plan.
