The Village of Simpson Council approved Resolution 05-2025 authorizing the Mayor to sign contracts with Maguire Water to repair the elevated water tank for $158,700.00 and the standpipe for $72,520.00. The project will use $157,012.50 in ARPA funds toward the elevated tank repairs and will proceed to schedule the needed improvements.
