Town staff recommended that the Commission approve a $377,962 scope of work with Gahagan & Bryant Associates for offshore borrow site investigation Tasks 2–4 under the firm’s existing contract. The work will use multiple remote sensing technologies to characterize an expanded sand source area in support of future beach renourishment and permit modifications.
