Sublease may not extend beyond the term of the annual lease agreement between the City and BYA

Renewal

Any sublease must remain within the term of the annual lease agreement between the City and BYA and automatically terminates upon expiration or termination of the master lease unless separately approved by the City Council. The City Council reserves the right to revoke approval if recreational-use, revenue-use, or legal compliance conditions are violated.
