City staff seeks approval to execute Interlocal Cooperative Agreement 25-111-PRK-001 between the City of Anacortes and Anacortes School District No. 103. The purpose of this Interlocal is to improve the tennis court surfaces at the 22nd Street and K Avenue and add four pickleball layouts on the southernmost courts. The City shall reimburse District for satisfactorily completed project work and services, performed, upon proper receipt of invoice(s) from the District, through the duration of the Agreement. The reimbursement will be made in the form of a single, one-time payment, total amount not to exceed $70,000.
