Redbud Reserve Receives $52M for Housing Project

Unified Government of Wyandotte County approves $52 million in revenue bonds for Redbud Reserve LLC to finance the construction of a 192-unit multifamily housing development. The bonds will be tax-exempt for ten years, and Redbud Reserve will make payments in lieu of taxes during this period. Construction must commence by July 1, 2026, and be substantially complete by July 1, 2028.
