Durham Region’s Finance & Administration Committee is being asked to approve a sole source five‑year extension of its Primary Subscriber License Agreement with First Base Solutions Inc. for annual orthophotography, building footprints, and walking network updates from 2027 to 2031 at a combined pre‑tax cost of $815,684. The Commissioner of Finance would execute the renewed agreement on behalf of the Region.
