The South Gate City Council and Housing Authority are considering approval of a nonbinding MOU with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles to guide negotiations for a future Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement and an Affordable Housing and Loan Agreement for an affordable ownership project at 9001-9019 Long Beach Boulevard.
