The Town of Rose Hill approved the funding offer from NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Soil & Water Conservation for the Streamflow Assistance Program (StRAP) in the amount of $18,000.00, covering the period from July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. The grant will be used to install a catch basin at Elm Street and Charity Road to help with future stormwater flow.
