Town of Weirgor Awards Utilities Contract to SPECTRUM (April 2026)

UTILITIES

5 years from Effective Date, plus up to 6 additional months after services end

Initial term is five years from the Effective Date, automatically continuing up to six months after Charter is no longer providing services to any customer on the premises; Charter has 90 days after expiration or termination to remove or abandon equipment in place. Agreement may be assigned to successors with notice and assumption of obligations.
