Wilmington City Council considering an ordinance annexing certain territory approving an Annexation agreement with James R. Fleishman, Laurie S. Fleishman and Fleishman Solar. Fleishman Solar proposes to construct a solar photovoltaic electricity system including solar modules, inverter, underground electrical conductors, transmission lines, distribution lines, maintenance and access roads, and an operations and maintenance building.
