The 30-second brief
PECO Pallet is requesting a special use for outdoor storage of trailers and a variance for existing screening at their facility on Knell Road. The variance seeks to maintain current non-conforming conditions due to the prohibitive costs of upgrading screening and the fact that the current non-coated chain-link fence is already providing adequate screening.
Peco Pallet holds this special use and variation contract with Montgomery county Housing Authority. Its other public contracts on record include work for Town of Montgomery and Kansas village.
