Housing Authority of the city & county of SF Awards $20,000,000 Loan Contract to California Department of Housing (July 2022)

HCD is providing $20,000,000 as a permanent loan to the Project under its Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities ("AHSC") Program. As a condition of this loan, HCD is requiring that the Authority and the Developer to execute that certain Lease Rider to the Ground Lease (the "Lease Rider. The Lease Rider provides HCD with certain rights to ensure that the Project is constructed in the manner contemplated by the Developer's application to HCD for the loan under the AHSC Program.
