Irmo Considers Building Inspection Contract With CC&I

The Town of Irmo is considering an agreement with CC&I Services, LLC to provide code-compliant building department, inspection, building official, and plan review services on an as-needed basis. CC&I would retain 70% of collected permitting and related fees, remit 30% to the Town monthly, and the contract would run for one year with an automatic one-year renewal if not renegotiated 60 days before expiration.
